- The generic application consits in detecting and locating whether physical separators of products delivered by pipeline (usually spheres) or cleaning operators (pigs for cleaning or instrumented pigs) convied by the output, in liquids or gas.
The user has to check their leaving, localize them during their trip and finally avoid their intrusion in a pumping station for example !

To this end, it is important to have a very fast detection system (possibility of joined spheres), a good discrimination of information (diphasic passages-airlocks for example) and a security diagnostic, an advantage also proposed by the Minisonic PSD thanks to a simple external probe, at least for liquids.
It is worth noting that this function can be partially integrated at the interface detector Minisonic ISD.

- Our main references are in the pipelines managers like Trapil and Petrobras in accordance with the non-exhaustive list cited for our interface detection. |

- For the gas pipeline, it is the same way of running the application but with an intrusive probe, high pressure, which can be installed under pressure (our reference probe SG_1558). We detect in that way pigs of type " foam rubber " in Brazil or Amazonia.
- A variation is possible in external probe under some conditions of the pipe internal state and of the gas hygrometry..

- The volumetric provers can be improved by replacement of the traditional pig-sig by on ultrasonic barrier.
- A portable version of the detector can be realised under request. This tool is very appreciated for pipe maintenance and by experts using instrumented scrappers for :

. Verification of the position of water separator before freezing in order to make works (connexions, deviations)
. To follow with a fast installing system ( probe with magnetic holder), the sphere leading and record the time of passage.
